Leo & Vanessa did a great job of shooting photos and video of the residence in the gloom of Houston's winter and posting same to a variety of venues (never occurred to me that Linked-In is a selling venue).
The residence sold quickly. Leo did a fine job of shepherding the paper work.
I started working with Leo after he was recommended to me by another realtor working at Louisiana.
Since day one Leo was able to answer all my questions (in English and Spanish) and adapt to my requests. He was honest and clarified me many doubts and assisted me to understand paperwork and options. Leo represented me multiple times with the seller and then with the prospective tenants.
